Vodafone India — Continuous money deductions activating services without permission | |||
This is for the 6th time that Vodafone has deducted money from my account by activating different services against my number with out prior permission.evry time I has to call customer care for necessary actions and they took action but also assured me not to face the same problem again.I also requested for DND service twice, but no result.last time I had to call customer care from a different vodafone number as from my number it was not connecting to customer service.customer care agent told me that he is taking the complain and within 24 hrs I will get back a call from Vodafone regarding this issue.no calls came from Vodafone.this is harassment.I am going to leave all the Vodafone connections that I and my family have.
