Vodafone India — Continuous Network Problems | |||||
I've been using Vodafone billing and continue to have network problems in my area at Dheeraj Kiran CHS, Chincholi Bunder, Malad west. I've made several complains even visited several galleries but there hasn't been any resolution. Today I got a reply from one of the representatives to opt for different network company. The reply was very unsatisfactory. Everytime I have been getting the same reply that they are setting up a tower and it hasn't happened yet. I don't understand are they setting up a tower on moon.. why is it taking so long..? This is really irritating. I have important business calls to make. Whom should I held responsible for my losses die to your network errors which causes call drops. Was this information helpful? | |||||
