I have tried to convert from postpaid to prepaid mobile no [protected] but the response from your vodafone store nizamabad was completely inappropriate, stating that regional manager is not allowing any conversion to prepaid. Now when i want to Port the request has been denied, prompting of pending bill. I have already cleared the bill and in advance paid extra amount for time being. Still my request for porting to other network is denied twice. I have already paid extra 150₹ in total my current balance as of when i was porting was -54₹. I was expecting service, not inconvenience. Your organisation has lost the value which you used to provide to your customers. I kindly request you to go through my complaint and resolve as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
