I called customer care people thrice to check about balance deduction from my account. The first level people were not able to act upon my issue, hence they said they will forward my call to their supervisor and asked me to be on hold. After being in hold for 30 minutes the call was disconnected automatically. This happened thrice and fourth time the customer care executive said to call me after 6PM. I said OK.
After that when I tried to reach out to the customer care again, I am not getting option to talk to Customer Care executive. Looks like they blocked my IVR Service. Was this information helpful? |
