I was trying to recharge my number through paytm and by mistake i typed others number and made a recharge of 700 in order to know the process of refund i tried contacting Vodafone customer care number after 10 minutes of struggle i found an option to connect with an agent, when i asked him to speak a bit louder he again put me to an automated IVR for Recharging and Value added services where there was no option to connect with agent so that i can share my problem ...this is pathetic i am a Vodafone user since last 3 years and have paid thousands of rupee to them and hardly connected with any customer support when i needed ...i am gona change my operator ...
