Vodafone India — customer care executive discounted my call | |||
My outgoing calls are discounted while i call to postpaid department they are not picking my call, so i call to prepaid n ask to transfer the call to postpaid or supervisor he is running to finish the call they are there for resolving the problem of customers or what. My postpaid no [protected] I called from [protected] to prepaid department, I need a call back or else i don't need that # service n which i have 8postpaid nos of vodafone all those i will change to other service provider like airtel. There is not a big issue of disconection calls of that no,. The issue is why your executive didn't understand my problem n why he discounted my call while i m asking for transfer Was this information helpful? | |||
