[Resolved] Vodafone India — Customer care people as misguided me

My self Sagar patil.I am using 5gb 850rs plan and i have got a bill of 10574.61 for october month.
According to the bill i have crossed 5gb on[protected].
As i am using Data card its not possible to send the message to check data usage.Messages will be failed every time.So i made a contact with vodofone customer care people
I have made a chat with customer care people on[protected] around 2.30pm to 3pm.
He/she as misguided me my saying that i have used only 500MB and i can use further.
But according to the bill i have crossed my limit i.e 5gb
And i have called to the customer care guy on[protected] at 8:40pm. He has misguided me by saying that i used 1.5gb.

AS per his information i have used after that and now i have got a huge bill
Its clearly indicates that its vodofone customer care negligence which caused to huge bill.
I will not pay the extra bill except my 5gb 850rs plan.
Please help me on this
