Vodafone India — customer care response

Regarding my vodafone pospaid outstanding amount i received call from customer care due to some network issue not able to talk properly for that customer care lady is responding with bad and irrespective words, and already i mentioned to send mail the details of amount but they didnt provide and very worst behaviour while talking, seriously it makes bad impression on vodafone service, since am using this service for past 7years.

My vodafone no is [protected].They blocked my message without any reason.I have to upgrade into 4G network but just because of blocking my messages i am unable.I called many times cc but they said in 2hours your prblm will solved its more than 24hours still now i am having problem
