To Mr sunil sood ceo of vodafone. I would like to inform you that i have call your customer care number for my balance deduction continously in my number. And mr habibul rehman have inform that i have played some games. The guys was so pathetic he was in so much hurry that he didn't want to listen to me and when i was try to convey my problem he is not listening he is talking to his clueg. Of you want to listen our conversation you can chek that je is talking to someone. He jist ignoring me. He just want to disconnected the call. If i am the owner of the company i will terminate that guys right now. They dont know how to handle the customer. Making bad impression of vodafone. They are just taking nonsense thing to me. I never played any thing. They are making fool to the customer. I want my all money to be refund which was deducted from your side. Other wise i will port that number. Resolve quickly. I want immediately action on that guys also who was the senior authority in call center of vodafone. (Dnt ignore my mails i will mail continues till that the employee couldn't be terminate from the organization) Was this information helpful? | |||
