[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Customer Dissatisfaction

Dear Sir, I want to make a complaint regarding Complaint No [protected], as previously i had contacted to customer care 5 times related to my vodafone postpaid no [protected], and i told the problems related that i don't want to continue the postpaid no anymore, but they dint took the problem seriously and disconnected the call by saying that they are transferring their call to the senior concerned person. Now i am fully dissatisfied with customer care and i want my sim to be deactivated now or if it is possible to convert it again prepaid
