Vodafone India — Customer services denies my request[protected] raised on 4th aug 2016 | |
I've activated the an addon plan for internet and i received a confirmation message on 29july2016 as follows "offer 300mb red add-on pack @ rs100 has been activated for you effective from 29/07/2016 09:20:28" And reconfirmed the same with another message on 01aug16. By assuming that, i was using the internet, but when i checked with customer care on 04thaug16, they deny this pack was deactivated on 01aug16 will be charged on standard rate. I asked for any communication regarding deactivation, their reply is "sorry for the inconvenience". By that time i already consumed 170mb which will cost me more than 800 rupees, so i asked for the waiver of the charges and raised a request[protected] due to their mistake. Discussion was for nearly 30min with two customer care executive. Still they asked me to call again once the bill is generated which is on 05aug16. I called customer care again on 09aug16 and asked for the status of the request and now they deny there is no such request. Kindly take appropriate strict action against such service provider to avoid such incidents and resolve this conflict. After more than 7 year of association, i decided to port out. Customer care asked me to visit vodafone store with documents to port out from the service then only i will be receiving upc, is it really the process? Was this information helpful? | |
