Vodafone India — Cutted main balance | |||||
The company activated a vas service to my mobile. Thn i called many time to their 155233 number for deactivate it.. Thn every time their system says your request cant be process right now.. I called many time to this number but nothing is happened.. Now today they cut my balance.. I called their service number for deactivate. Their system not taking my request for deactivation.. Is that my fault. When i called to customer care they again and again try to change my question.. And last they says it can be their system problem. Now what can i do.. Its their fault... Not mine..
