Hi, This it a total fraud! - I have been charged of downloading d2c_shotformats_ti and hello1_tvallsouth_ on October and November bills. On asking customer care they are saying that we cannot inform you regarding this as this is confidential information. This is strange! They are charging me for something but cannot share detailed information about that. I never downloaded such a thing on my mobile. Please help, Subhankar

i have been charged 475/- for this.
There is no proper clarifications given.

I have also got 2 items like in Jan-15 bill.
I don't know how to avoid these things.
Is it only in vodafone service that such things happen?
