Vodafone India — data pack

I requested a data pack on 9 september for 144. I again requested as i didn't get the pack on the first request. I stopped trting after then as i didn't receive data pack even after second request.

Later on, two days after, on 11 september 2017, i recharged for 96's data pack. I got the data pack of 96. And surprisingly, those two requested packs on 9th september also got activated and i was charged 288 additonal amount.

When i called the customer care they were like we can refund only one. And for another enjoy the data n bla bla...

Why should i bear the additional cost. Why should i take data only because of their delay!! My time loss! My money loss! Who will bear these losses!!!

Vodafone! Improve yourself!! Improve your service!!!
Otherwise you know very well - there are lots of bigger player in the market.
