[Resolved] Vodafone India — Data services not working since 14/7/16, even after multiple service requests, follow ups | |||||
My ordeal with vodafone started february 2016 onwards, when they charged me for 100mb used above 1gb... I was entitled to use 1.3gb on my plan and this was shown to me using the vodafone app as well... After a lot of followups and escalations nodal team reverted the amount (Which got reversed after almost 4 months+) whereas twice i received mail confirmation regarding reversal from vodafone team. Later i had switched to vodafone red 1299 plan, which again took multiple reminders followups and was implemented after 3 months ie, 5thjuly 2016 onwards... I sent a request for adding my spouse as my family member to my vodafone red 1299 plan... For which i received a mail stating 1gb 250rs plan has been enabled on my number, whereas 3gb 3g data was already active. Later after lot of followups got this reversed from the nodal team + my spouses bill. The vodafone red plan creation and family member addition took months... Now, my spouses data service is not working since 14/7/16 and till now i have had many many calls with helpdesk, replaced sim, visited vodafone store... Even after all this ordeal, yesterday when i called the vodafone nodal team, a person named nilesh told me to wait till evening and that too in a tone that i never expected... Totally rude, unprofessional behaviour... When i insisted on getting this resolved, he transferred the call to gprs team (Ayaz)... Till now there is not resolution nor any confirmation regarding the action.. I'm a customer since 2003 with orange, hutch, vodafone... But they have got no consideration or are not even bothered to get this resolved. Vodafone and employees are taking customers for a ride and their behaviour is totally unacceptable... If im supposed to pay the bill, will they wait till a week or 15days??... And im even charged for all the calls that i make to vodafone customer care... If im paying for it, i need service else why should i pay... Never expected such responses from vodafone... Was this information helpful? | |||||
