Vodafone India — deactivate my number

On 30th june 8am i received a message from my operator, "dear customer, your vodafone number will be deactivated on 30/06/2019 as we observed your documents are not compliant as per dot guidelines. Kindly re-submit valid documents at nearest vodafone store." yesterday it was last sunday and no vodafone store was opened so i failed to submit my documents and my connection was deactivated. I didn't receive any message or call regarding this before. Last year when i upgarde my sim to 4g i provide my aadhar card's copy to vodafone store so it's not my fault. Now vodafone store representative says same number would be issues in postpaid plan only and i have to use it for next 3month. Min plan is of 399/month which is very costly for me. Please provide my 2-3 days to submit my documents again.

I am sending SMS PORT 1900 but there is no response. I have sent this sms atleast 10 times in last 7 days. I have heard Vodafone will create issues in porting but to this extent, I didnt know. This is the first step and this the reaction. There customer care says keep on trying this is really irritating. I am not sure whom to contact.
