I applided for deactivation of the postpaid number. After that lots of communication with the customer care agents.I said strictly to her to cancel my postpaid number. After 5 mins i got a mail that “we are glad to retain your services on Mob.No. [protected] through Communication IdC[protected]. “ I haven’t said to retain my number. I just said her the cancel my number. I’m having the full conversation voice record. If you didnt cancel my postpaid account means i will surely take this into the consumer court
