[Resolved]  Vodafone India — deactivate sim

Dear Concern, I am valuable customer of Vodafone, past 5 years I am using Vodafone sim Card in Bihar/Jharkhand circle recently I am port one sim other network (Reliance cdma) to Vodafone. My number is [[protected]].i have submitted all document Vodafone store in patna (dakbangla chouraha) office and Vodafone guys Miss Anu, Anjali & Priyanka one blank sim provided me sim card serial number is[protected]. But till now sim was deactivate .I have call customer care many times guys said u will contact near Vodafone store and u will get status of your activation number. then my brother personally visit Vodafone mini store but they guys talk to my brother wrongly sim deliver. so customer original latter & id proof summated than proved to you same sim, so I request you to I am out of state for my job, so unable to provided latter. So kindly suggest how can possible leave my work & collect the sim card. My work is effect without sim.so kindly activate my sim provided by Vodafone store guys card serial number is[protected].i am unable to visit Vodafone store my job is out of Bihar.
