Vodafone India — Deactivate vodafone number bill payment

My number +91_[protected] now in idea cellular. But before few day i got message of payment pending from your previous vodafone postpaid connection.
So now i want to pay it.
Because i was already visit in vodafone store and he told me that only you will pay your bill through online & here not possible for bill payment. So i talked with vodafone executive but he told me that payment only possible in vodafone store.

And idea cellular told me that your card will be barred after 19th may-2017.

So now no one give me any path of bill payment so now i am confuse about it.
I don't got any supportable response from vodafone and idea.

So kindly look into this matter.
