Vodafone India — deactivated my prepaid sim

My prepaid sim deactivated by vodafone saying that i didn't recharged it for 90 days. That is my personal number and am the customer of vodafone for more than 10 years. Now they are saying there is no option to activate my number as it is the rule of trai. When i was taken the connection the offer given by the company was unlimited. Now they cheating the customers. I am ready to recharge but now they are saying that i cant recharge also. Due to this i lost many valuable messages related to my profession and other personal contacts. Even my banking is now stuck without communication. I want my number back immediately. Vodafone is responsible for this. Please solve this issue within 24 hours. In my native place Vodafone network is pathetic. So I m trying to Port my no [protected] to other network. All the time getting failed to send message to 1900 . Tried 10-15 times and also called Vodafone with no solutions

your company's network is very dirty in our area. Leave the talk of 4G 2 G is giving speed. With a lot of difficulty, we have complained several times on 198, but it is the same as the situation.
