Vodafone India — Deactivation of [protected] | |||
I am Rachit Gupta purchased Vodafone 3G dongle [protected] from the Vodafone representative @ Adobe Systems, Noida. Due to lots of connection related problem, i was not able to use this connection. I tried to solve this matter with the help of customer care, however they clearly told me that it is not possible to saolve this problem (Complaint number [protected] ). SO i was left with no option other than deactivation of the number. I deactivated this number @ 15 Sep2014 with payment of all dues at that moment ( Refer to below Email with reference number [protected]). From last 7 days, i am getting lots of calls from Vodafone and they are asking to pay Rs. 730. I sent lots of reply Email and message to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, so now today one of the representative told me that you have to par Rs.1530 now and for disconnection. Please note that as per the below Email, i have request to deactivate the number in Mid of september with all dues payment. Due to inactivity of Vodafone on [protected], these billas have been generated. These bills should be rejected so as to clear deactivation. Vodafone has liability to pay Rs 500 to me which was submitted as security. Instead of refunding that amount executives are repeatedly calling me to deposit Rs. 1500.
