In aug 15 i got this number for mumbai when i was transferred from surat.
On 27th april i send a mail to deactivate this number from 5th may 2016 since i am retiring from service on 30 th april. Thereafter i have received only auto mails in my different mails and i have replied all your mails requesting you to disconnect this number and clearly mention that i will not pay bill since i am not using this sim card after 5th may and shifted to ncr delhi. Then co enquired about my residence, dob, email id etc which i sent but i am surprised that you have sent bill for june. It is a totally harassment of a senior citizen. There are some ethics of every co. There seems to be a lack of coordination between the different department of the company. Till date i have received atleast 7/8 mails but no action? Once again i request you to close this number from 5th may and you can check from your system that sim of this number is not being used. I have records of all mails and can be produced to any logical authority. I hope you will look into the matter and resolve the issue to a logical end. Thanks. Was this information helpful? |
