Vodafone India — Deactivation of Mobile numbers without any prior notice

I had received a bill of Rs 1, 254 for the month of August for my mobile number [protected]. I had informed the team that I have been exorbitantly charged for the services I haven’t utilized.
Since then I have asked to discontinue this number. I am getting repeated messages and calls for this number and my statement has been the same throughout all the conversations.
Suddenly 3 of my other numbers are discontinued without any prior notice.
I am losing out on important business transactions due to your fault.
Request you to activate my numbers on immediate basis as I am not going to pay a bill for the usage I have not done.
The bill for other numbers have been paid on time and it seems it is my mistake that I am using the same service provider for all my numbers.
Let me know your action or else I will be forced to deactivate all my Vodafone numbers and change my network operator for 3 other numbers.
