I had given a written request to your vodafone store in park street kolkata on 5th dec 2014, i received one confirmation message on 5th dec.But still my no is not deactivated, i have paid my last bill on 27th nov for rs 1007.00 your billing system for postpaid is not satisfactory so after paying bill i requested for deactivation of my no.
But neither your vodafone store nor your customer care is taking care for my request, three times i have requested to customer care also to deactivate this no. why i will be charged for extra one month bill for dec your vodafone company is not taking response to close this no. today also i have lodged one request for deactivation of my no but i know your company is willingly doing late to deactivation so that customer will be charged for one month extra bill payment. i have paid my every month bill timely, now i have requested to deactivate my no, but your service providers are so much irresponsible.
kindly resolve my problem and deactivate my no immediately so that i should not be charged for extra payment unnecessary . Was this information helpful? |
