Vodafone India — Deactivation of Number without permission

Dear Whosoever it May concern,
I have cleared the payment but sill my number([protected]) is not active.The number has been deactivated without even informing me.Is the the way Vodafone treat the customer?I never had payment issues for last so many years this time also I have cleared & I have also shared my alternate number to one of your caller.
But I have not received any phone call instead I receive a threatening email which is makes me disappointed with the service.
I hope my number will get activated by today if not so I need to file a complaint against Vodafone in consumer forum for disconnecting my number without my permission though I have cleared my monthly rental till January 2017.
Kindly treat this with priority.I don't understand how can I not receive a response even after writing an email.
