Vodafone India — deactivation of outgoing calls and data pack charges for international data usage | |||||
Hi Mobile no: [protected] Name: ankit bavishi This is with respect to the reference no.[protected] raised by subhangi your customer call representative. My outgoing calls are deactivated from 9th nov 2017 till date due to billing amount of rs.6300 which exceeded my daily limit of rs.2000. Vodafone has charged rs.5000 as data charges (International). I was on tour and my phone was in aeroplane mode from 5th to 9th nov and i had no roaming activated on my phone. My company had earlier sent a request for international roaming but later had asked to cancel the service. I have attached the cancellation mail received from the vodafone customer care person. On what basis you have charged such a high amount on to my number. Meanwhile, subhangi had agreed to activate my outgoing calls and she said that parallel they would look into the matter. Its been more than 4 days and i am not able to make any calls or use my internet. Such a pathetic and bad service by vodafone customer care people! Totally disappointing and disgusting. I had earlier plans for switching to airtel but now i regret not switching over. Request you to look into the mater asap.
