Vodafone India — Deactivation of Post paid connection | |||||
MOBILE NO [protected] UP WEST CIRCLE( PURCHASED FROM BULANDSHAHR) --Purchased this connection on 10th sept --address verified by vodafone representative --phone activated --now It was deactivated on 8th oct without any intimation --contacted customer care and was informed that ID is not clear --tried to give another ID like adhaar, Pan card etc-but no use --THE PHONE IS STILL DEACTIVATED --POOR & WORST MOBILE OPERATOR AND I AM NO LONGER INTERESTED IN SUCH POOR CHEATER MOBILE COMPANY IF THESE ARE YOUR SERVICES THAN DEACTIVATE MY CONNECTION I WILL SWITCH OVER TO OTHER MOBILE OPERATOR. Again who would be responsible for these five days of deactivation period as you will charge me for the whole month and the agony and mental harassment caused to me by your company.
