Vodafone India — Deactivation of postpaid connection | |||||
Dear sir, This is to inform that i am having a post paid connection no. [protected] since a long time. Now i want to get deactivated it and in this concern i visited vodafone store m/s deepak electronics (Near goal market adjacent to bikaner sweets) ludhiana. & paid all my dues on dated: 05/04/2016. I was asked that connection will be deactivated in next 24-48 hours. Since that day i am regularly visiting vodafone store but sill my connection is active and i am not getting any satisfactory response. My major concern is the behavior of vodafone store executive named ms neerja who treated me like a victim & she made me realized that i made big mistake to approach her to resolve my issue. She acted like she is the director of vodafone store. When i approached vodafone store owner to complain for the same i was told that ms neerja is on company payroll (Vodafone) and my issue can only be resolved by ms neerja. Apart from that i also raised my complaint on vodafone website and also forwarded my compliant through live chat but no response.
