Vodafone India — Deactivation of the sim services | |||
Dear Sir, I am a permanent customer of Vodafone since last five years under mobile no, [protected]. My sim is out of order since last three days and when I enquired from the customer care of vodafone they apprise me of that they have disconnected the services without any information to me. I have no due to the company. They are also providing sim which I have replaced three times in three months. They are charging Rs.50/- for replacement of sim each time.
