Vodafone India — deactivation of vas services for my mobile | |||
Today morning I went to the vodafone store situated at Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai to deactivate the VAS service for my mobile. Mr.Rajasekhar of your Adyar store who attended to my complaint was very rude and didn't attend to my complaint and asked me to wait for 15 minutes. He didn't solved my problem and asked me to contact the customer care centre for my queries. I would like to bring to your kind attention that this man Rajasekhar has been behaving in a rude manner often with most of the customers. One of my friend faced this kind of problem when he visited this store. Can you please shift him to some other store as this has been going on since last one year. Hope you will resolve this issue and post someone to attend cudtomers like me. Your early reply will be highly solicited. Was this information helpful? | |||
