Hi sir . I am lourduraj .D My number [protected] 02.01.2016 at 10.40.am I am activate net pack Rs. 142 1Gb 14 days validity . But not activate my net pack. Then I am ec recharge toRs. 142 activate my number . . this number evening 5.15pm activate another pack activate and Rs.142 debit my main balance amount.I called customer care not responding that problem pls help and refund my balance. In caus not refund my balance I change to another net work. PORT reference no.VT566885
