Vodafone India — deducted balance & not allowing portability | |||||
Vodafone india deducted my balance of rs 65 without my knowledge on 30th october. They have not sent me any message about what scheme has been activated why your balance got deducted.. When i made a call regarding issue in 24 hours then they told me that you will get refund in next 24 hours but still i didn't get my refund so on next call they told me about some offer which he activated without informing me & when i told to stop the service & refund my balance they replied that balance cannot be refunded. Vodafone india the third class british company cannot refund balance but can deduct balance without informing. After that i sent portability message with proper message and phone number dated 6th november at that time they send me code i started my portability process but still today on 16th november they didn't allow me to change my service provider. When i call for the porting issue they told me that you have done wrong process you have to resend your message again & get your port done. Was this information helpful? | |||||
