Vodafone India — deducting excess amount by changing plas before disconnection | |||
Dear Sir, The VODAFONE ha eaten away my money, mobile # [protected]. Please see my requests and in return actions received from VODAFONE. 1. [protected]:36 PM – request mail sent to disconnect mobile number [protected], with a request to not to change plan or not to continue. 2. [protected], 5:19 PM- request mail sent to discontinue with a statement that the phone is not in use since long time. 3. [protected], 9:01AM- mail received with bill showing a balance amount of Rs.343.38p. 4. [protected], 11:41 AM-Mailed for early action for closure. 5. [protected], 12:53 AM-re-mailed for early action for closure. 6. [protected], 5:30 PM- re-mailed – “hope you have followed my request and attached previous mails”. 7. [protected], 3:51 PM-re-mailed – Request to close the service and deactivate sim. 8. [protected], 7:35 PM- Received bill for Rs.293.82 and my balance shown as Rs.47.22, this bill for NIL use. No reasons received for this bill. Plan was changed without my knowledge, disobeying my requests dated[protected]. 9. [protected], 7:57 PM – re-mailed with request to close and confirmed that no more payment from my end. 10. [protected], 5:34 PM – mail sent – for immediate closure of number. 11. [protected], 8:33 PM – mail sent for immediate closure of number. 12. [protected], 7:25 PM – mail received from IDEA that “The mobile connection was disconnected”. 13. [protected], 1:45 PM – bill received for Rs.88.97 with a due Rs.41.75. changed Plan was continued without my knowledge, disobeying my requests dated[protected]. 14. The amount due to receive as per bill dated[protected], the balance amount Rs.341.04p and also the opening balance of bill dated[protected] is Rs.341.04p, along with Deposit amount Rs.500/-. The total amount due from VODAFONE as on[protected] is Rs. 841.04p. It understood that VODAFONE never honoured customer requests and never bothered to give proper reply about the deduction they did and forcefully deducts amount from customer balances even for VODAFONE faults and even though customer not using the phone since a long time, they change the plan ignoring customer requests and without consent and never replies properly for customer requests or enquiries. They simply copy paste the standard matter “your service is disconnected from -------“. It seems VODAFONE is money oriented not customer friendly. I have 4g net.bt it's like 2g speed, i told 5 time castromar car, at one manth..bt don't have any responcs.what i will do now

I have recharged 98 rupuess fot data plan to that wrong number twice so total amount is 196.
