Vodafone India — deducting my balance

Hi, i am using vodafone connection [protected]. For the last few days my balance is getting reduced. As of now a total of more than rs.70 was deducted.
Earlier i had made a recharge for rs.509 and the same is now active till august 2018. So no charges will be deducted from me for the making messages, call or for browsing.

Then also my balance is reducing frequently. Though i tried to connect to customer care i could get connected. Please resolve the issue asap.
Otherwise i will take it to consumer court.
