i am facing this problem since 25 Dec 2015,
i don know the exact dates for previous deductions, but last deduction was done on 15 Jan 2016 as per customer care executive for some super club service as told by your representative and when asked how this happened, he said sir u have accidentally downloaded the application for the service, but to be very true. i dint have done any such downloads.
he also mentioned that u must have received a notification message from the company mentioning that you have opted for the service, but i dint received any such message. as per his words the amount can only be refunded if i have informed him in or before subscribing for the service.
My 1st point is if i dint even know that i have opted for the service how should i tell them to deactivate.
2nd is, how come i dint received any notification on dat that i was charged for any such service as i received the message on 17 jan 2015, so i am totally un applicable to get a refund.
Please let me know if Vodafone India will continue harassing there customers buy deducting amounts for services which i never have opted for and not even informing about, the only way to be on the safer side is to opt for another service provider.
Another thing is you representative told me if you want that this never happen to u in future plz do not download any such application or services on your phone, by this dose he mean that is very possible that this will happen in future.
My point is do i look like a lunatic who will give a write up regarding amount deduction if i really opted for them.
Do let me know what you can do about this.
