Vodafone India — Deduction and Customer Service Experience | |||
This is to bring under your kind notice that I have been Vodafone user for quite a few years now however used to think that Vodafone is a good company to deal with. The recent experience that I had has changed my views for the company all together. The issues started when I received a message on my mobile from Vodafone that I have requested Live TV services from Vodafone, which I did not at the first place by any source (not sure if this is a technical glitch). They have had also communicated that if I would like to stop the services to simply type STOP and then send it to the number given, Which I did however no help as it came back with error that Invalid input and tried couple of few more times however still nothing. Tried get through to customer service however was not been able to due to continues disconnection on line and time related issues. Today I have recharged for 100 top up and they have deducted 90 rs for the Service which I have never ever activated. This is a rip off and I think I should be compensated for the service which I have never opted for. Also if you see my record other then STD and Local voice packs I have never ever opted for any VAS services. I did speak to the customer service regarding this and the agent "Äshish" spoke very rudely and told me it is my fault and also when asked for Supervisor he said he cannot as it is my fault. He finally then transferred me back to queue which is the worst customer service. Is this the quality they maintain? Is this what happens to Vodafone customers as they have no freedom of putting through there complaint and this is how Vodafone is operating? Shame on them. This is not the question of 90/- but to how I should keep my trust on this company who even cannot give the basic need of customer service.
