Vodafone India — Deduction for the sake of service activation | |||
Dear Sir' My name is Arvind Tiwari . My vodafone mobile no is -[protected] . There is twice for the sake of service activation 35 Rs. has been deducted in last two months . on 19th Aug'16 when I called to vodafone customer care at 199 about my concern that I didnt activated any service and unnecessary deduction than their representative ensure me that deduction shall be credited to your mobile no, within 30 minutes . However, even after 2 hrs it is not credited than I again called to 199 than the next representative told that we are unable to process credit of confirmation . It is just like that it is in their policy to deduct money from consumer since, for talking to customer care also about they charged rs. 50 paise per 3 minute .
