[Resolved] Vodafone India — Deduction of amount from balance without prior information about it | |||
Some "vip" games pack has been activated on my vodafone number: [protected] without any prior information to me about this pack. I chose vodafone as my network because of its wide network spread and now i have to undergo such problems. I want the pack to be deactivated and the amount credited as soon as possible. I hope that no such mistakes are going to take place any more. Please take the action as soon as possible and confirm. Was this information helpful? | |||

On august 1 2016, gamifive service was activated in my phone automatically and an amount of rupees 75 was deducted.it occured with out my consent.i didn't activate any Vodafone service...
