[Resolved] Vodafone India — deduction of balance | |
Good morning trai, Iam using vodafone sim card from a long time. Few days ago, the company has deducted my balance without giving information to me. When i called the company to return my money which have deducted, they directly refuse me. Sir/madam please take a strong action to punish the company. They did not give information to me before cutting the balance, only say sorry after that cut my calls. It is happened many times with me. Sir make a law to prevent such type corruption.
