Vodafone India — deduction of balance due to internet usage | |||
On[protected] at 23:53 i got a message that i have low balance due to usage of internet. So i checked internet balance and found that i have more than 30% of data in my account so i continue usage. But at 23:56 i checked my talktime balance and found that amount is lower than before. I complained at the vodafone store next day but they rejected it and told me that they will not submit complaint because they have no mistake. I have snapshot of their popup msg that appear on dialing internet balance checking code at 23:56, also of their balance shown on their mobile application. Was this information helpful? | |||
