sir my number [protected] up east sandeep saraswat. the sum of 99 rs have been deducted on 6 and 7 oct 2014 i have called 8 to 10 times in customer care number111 they says that money is refunded in 24 hrs but only one deduction has been refund.while they are not refunding the another deduction of 99rs .. pease take action and refund my money as soon as possible.

i am an active user of vodafone cellular service. they are regularly deducting money in different ways.today[protected] they deducted 20 rupees. they are telling me that i had use some advertise. but at the time of deduction i was sleeping.than how can i open internet. thing is not 20 rupees thing is deduction of money please help me.my number is [protected].
