Vodafone India — deduction of money from credit card and no refund | |||||
Hi my name is wasim. I have been using vodafone from past one year and since its a postpaid plan the money gets deducted from my credit card via auto smart pay. For the month of march tehy sent me a bill and deducted 880 from my card. I called vodafone to know why my bill is so high as i am on a 499plan and they said vas services were activated of 215 rupees and for which i requested a refund as this was not done by me and accidentally it got activated and they agreed to refund me the amount 215 and remaining amount of 665 was my bill which was already deducted from my card. After a week they sent me another bill of 660 stating that my bill is pending though the money was already deducted from my card on 4th of april and out of which 215 was refunded. I had numerous conversations with their customer care and team leaders (Abhisek nair, aswat, to name a few) and i escalated the matter to them and they promised me to sort it in 24-48hours. Its been 2 months i am still waiting and all i get is false promises and fake messages saying they have refunded me 880 rupees and thats why they send me a new bill of 665 but i have received only 215 rs from them as a refund and not 880 for which i have send them the card statements multiple times and all they do is promise me a solution but we never get to that point. I have a had a terrible time dealing with their customer care team. Managers etc as they dont reply to my calls or they dont come online and even if they do they give me a fake promise to resolve it. I have refused to pay them my pending bill of may as i still need to get my refund from them and i have made it clear that until i get my money back i am not paying them anything and for which they have agreed. I have been in touch with the floor manager aswat from vodafone and he hasn't been answering to my calls and emails as i feel he is not a person who has the authority to change things there. The worst happens when on[protected] my services were barred after me warning them repeatedly not to do so as i still haven't got my refund from them. Please help me in this as its been months i am dealing with this people but there hasn't been any response. Its a pathetic service they have offered and its a disaster how they wrongly bill their customers and we all have to go through the mental turmoil. Was this information helpful? | |||||
