Vodafone India — deduction of my balance regarding.

My mo. No.[protected].in this number i am use already all india calling tariff and net facility. Appx. Some time before in my account have rs.257/-.in process i am not checking my balance time to time. But in this time in my account only rs. 1.20/-. I am try to contact complain no.198, 199 but there is no response.in this regard, if my problem is not solve, i am portrait this number in another service provider.
