[Resolved] Vodafone India — deduction of rs. 99 from my prepaid account without my permission

Dear Sir/Mam,
My name is Nikhil residing in Kolkata, West Bengal. Big telecom companies are starting to charge for various value added services without the approval of the customers. A few days ago it happened on my sister's mobile number of Bharti Airtel Limited's airtel mobile number and today it has happened on my Vodafone number. On speaking to the consumer representative via the complaint number I was provided with a lie that I had activated it via an sms and they cant do anything about it. It is a blatant lie because at present I am actively using another post paid number. These kind of irregular deductions are becoming a dangerous habit of these telecom companies. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
