[Resolved] Vodafone India — deduction of top-up balance in spite of having frc 495 plan | |||
I ported from Airtel to Vodafone ([protected]) and did FRC 495 plan recharge on my no. in which I get unlimited calls on Landline and Mobile, 1.5GB daily data and around 100 SMS per day. I had never consumed more than 1GB data and atmost I had sent 15 SMS and that too not in a single day. Now in march, I did a recharge of RS 50 (top-up) in which I got around Rs 39 balance. This was done just as a precaution, in case my plan validity ends. Now as per FRC plan I had everything free as I already paid the entire cost for 84 days, then how come they deducted my balance and now I am left with Rs 4.54 .
