[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Deduction of Value added Services

Hi, My number is [protected] and I am really frustrated with the service of Vodafone. They are working like a thief. In my number they have started the “Vodafone Bollywood” without my request and saying you requested for this service and my 30 rs was deducted from my account. Then I quested to stop this service on 19 May 2014 and asked to refund this amount then they said amount would not be refunded but we are deactivating your service for our end. Around 10 June 2014 again I called to the customer care for the confirmation that my service is deactivated or not then they said yes your service is deactivated at our end. But on 17 June 2014 they AGAIN deducted 30 rs for this service. This is like a hell and irritating to much. I called on 22nd June 14 that why balance has been deducted if I have already request to deactivate this service then they said your service is still active and we are deactivating this service at our end and your amount will be refunded within 4 hours. I waited for 4 hrs but my balance is not refunded then I called to customer care and they are saying it will not be refunded and disconnected the phone which is really embracing and blood boiling situation for me. Money is not the main concern the thing is that the way they are treating with their customer is really pathetic. Now please look into this and refund my amount any how. Thanks [protected]
