Vodafone India — deduction with out information

On 13th june at 8:29 pm I activate a daily offer by USSD for call [protected]@1.2/2sec. By Rs3. I try it two times but I got a response that, we are sorry to activate you request.when I try it 3rd time at 8:33 I got a message that ur offre is activated.then I checked my balance I found that Rs 9 is deducted from my main account instead of Rs 3.So 6 rupees is exces deducted from my balance. I call the customer care but they didn't give my balance return other hand they blocked my mobile no.[protected] to connect the customer care office.So I am sk haidar ali request to the authority to solve this problem otherwise I pass this illegal issue to consumers affairs, thank u.
