Respected sir,
I would like to inform you that i had made a recharge of rs.10 on 04.12.2018 and rs.35 on 05.12.2018. But unusually amount debited by vodafone and my current balance is showing negetive balance of rs.25.19. I had already submitted complain to vodafone customer care, but till date that is not reversed / refunded to my account balance. So i am unable to make any calls as well as sms. I had recharged for taking service of outgoing calls and sms. But i am unable to make any calls and sms, due to wrong amount debited by vodafone. I request you to take action against vodafone mobile service provider. So that it can not charge any other indian citizens / customer for unusual service charges or debit amount from credit balance or debit against zero balance.
That is issuing in my mind a question :-
How can a mobile service provider debit amount, if there is no credit balance?
Please provide justice for my financial and metal harrasement by vodafone.
