Vodafone India — Delay in Refunding Cheque payment of worth Rs 3000 plus | |||||
Dear Team My Vodafone Mobile No: [protected] My Name is Jessica Dsouza. I have visited your Vodafone stores at Bandra Hill Road West Mumbai several time to inquire the details of the refund of my billing no which I have now converted to prepaid. I had made a advance payment of the Amount 3000 plus rupees. I had converted to prepaid in May 2015 of which the Vodafone store executive promised me the refund in 45 to 60 days, after 2 months I visited Vodafone again they informed me your systems were down and being updated, I went again after 15 days I was informed that my information was not updated again I visited once more after few days I was promised that my Cheque will be delivered at my billing address by the 15 September 2015 and if so it doesn't happen visit Vodafone again the executive would definitely call for the Cheque from your Andheri Kurla Head Office. I went back again on the 17 September 2015 I was told we cannot do anything from here, sit n wait it might come in few days, I'm still waiting...Store say its not there mistake that we changed into prepaid, they are saying that we did not force me to change to prepaid, hence its my fault n money will not be refunded to me. when i asked to explain why and how can it be a mistake to ask for my own money they turned back and said we cant hepl you further, you can please leave and excusing me of making the company pay for my mistake. what can i do for that ???
