Vodafone India — Delhi number 3G service not working while Roaming in Mumbai | |||
I'm a Vodafone Delhi mobile connection user since 1997, 17years since I joined the network and my number is [protected]. This is the 1st time that I've had a issue with Vodafone which hasn't been resolved. I landed on the 6th of February in Mumbai since that day I've not been able to use my 3G services, I've called my relationship manager approximately 50 times and have done umpteen number of settings on my phone, my visit to the Vodafone store mumbai and after the service guy there tried to activate my services suggested that I change my SIM card, I've changed my sim twice since then 1st I was provided with a micro sim since the nano sim wasn't available but the service wasn't restored, then yesterday again I was provided with a nano sim but still my 3G service hasn't been resolved. It's been 16 days that I haven't been able to use 3G service despite being on the highest plan for which I pay a monthly rental of 650 to Vodafone. Despite being repeatedly assured that someone from the company would call me and resolve my issues, I still have to get my services working. I've tried using another Vodafone sim on my iPhone 5s handset and the internet was working fine on my handset. Similarly I tried my sim on another iPhone 5s handset but the 3G internet service wasn't working on that handset as well. I would really appreciate if my issues are resolved at the earliest.
